Built to Drive Results

Since 1967, FPIS, Inc. has delivered one thing above all else: results for tourism businesses. Physical brochures in tourist hands, placed, restocked, and maintained by our team across four states.

Design and Printing

01

Is it the right size?

FPIS, Inc. requires that a brochure or rack card be no larger than 4 x 9 inches, and no smaller than 3½ x 8½ inches.

02

Is it the right weight?

You can buy cheaper paper, but consider a minimum of 70 lb. coated stock for multi-fold brochures and 67 lb. vellum bristol for rack cards. In either case the grain must run vertically (long grain) to stand upright. Remember, to be seen, your brochure must stand upright and maintain its appearance.

03

Is it designed properly?

FPIS, Inc. utilizes a brochure display for distribution; the top three inches is the space to convince a potential client to select your brochure. Remember, you can produce the world's greatest brochure, but if you can't gain their interest in the top three inches, your brochure will not be successful.

04

Is the brochure dated or coded?

Over time, you may produce the same brochure with minor changes. If this is your plan, do not date your piece as it provides a longer shelf life.

05

How many brochures should you print?

This is a matter for you and the distributor to discuss to arrive at a quantity that is not too small but won't leave you holding material forever.

06

Shipment Planning

Printed brochures will need to arrive at select area warehouses. Each case must NOT exceed 40 lbs. Brochures/rack cards must be banded. Identify each case with your name, quantity, date, and version. Each shipping label must be marked for INSIDE delivery only, no signature required.

Once the paperwork is complete and the brochures are received by FPIS, Inc., your campaign is set in motion. Stay in touch with your distributor. The problems you solve together will provide great rewards for both of you.
